2. Define the trigger

5. Repeat for each email

Add delay + email for each message in the sequence. 3 to 5 emails are recommended.

6. Activate the sequence

Click "Activate". The sequence starts for new triggers.

Tip

Test first with your own email. In settings, add your address as "Test Email" to receive previews.

Read your analytics reports

8 min read

Understand the metrics displayed in your dashboard and use them to make decisions.

Main metrics

  • Open rate: % of recipients who opened the email. Target:> 20%
  • Click rate (CTR): % of opens that clicked. Target:> 2%
  • Attributed revenue: Sales generated by your automations
  • Conversion: % of leads who became customers

Interpreting data

  • Low opens → Improve your email subject lines
  • Low clicks → Improve content and CTAs
  • Low conversion → Review your offer or targeting

Tip

Always compare to your own history rather than "industry averages". Every audience is different.

Segment your contacts

12 min read

Create segments to send targeted messages to different groups of contacts.

Steps

1. Access segments

Contacts> Segments> Create a segment.

2. Define conditions

Add rules: "Purchased in last 30 days", "Average cart> $100", "Hasn't opened email in 90 days".

3. Combine conditions

Use AND to accumulate (more restrictive) or OR to expand.

4. Preview

Recommended segments

  • VIP: 3+ orders OR total revenue> $500
  • At risk: Purchased 60-90 days ago AND hasn't opened email in 30 days
  • New: Subscribed in the last 7 days

Recover abandoned carts

15 min read

Set up an automated sequence to recover 10-15% of abandoned carts.

3-email strategy

Email 1 - After 1 hour

Simple reminder: "You forgot something". Show cart products with images. No discount yet.

Email 2 - After 24 hours

Add urgency: "These items are in high demand". Include a customer review of a product in the cart.

Email 3 - After 72 hours

Last attempt with incentive: free shipping or 10% off. Create a sense of last chance.

Configuration

  • Trigger: "Checkout Started" (cart created)
  • Exclusion condition: "Placed Order" (completed purchase)
  • Dynamic block: Cart products with images

Tip

Don't offer a discount in the first email. Many customers will complete without incentive - protect your margins.
